Q: IS TRAINING REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EXAM?

 

A: TRAINING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, HOWEVER NOT REQUIRED FOR FOUNDATION EXAMS OTHER THAN NCSF. TRAINING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CERTIFICATES ABOVE THE FOUNDATION LEVEL.

Q: HOW DO I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE MY EXAM?

 

A: CANDIDATES MAY CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE THEIR EXAM BY LOGGING IN TO WWW.ACQUIROSTEST.COM AND CLICKING THE RESCHEDULE BUTTON NEXT TO THEIR UPCOMING EXAM. CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING INSIDE OF 72 BUSINESS HOURS WILL RESULT IN FORFEIT OF ALL OR A PORTION OF EXAM FEES PAID.

Q: HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY WEBCAM PROCTORED EXAM?

A: â€‹YOU ARE REQUIRED TO TEST YOUR COMPUTER FOR COMPATIBILITY BEFORE REGISTERING FOR A WEBCAM PROCTORED EXAM.  YOU MAY DO SO USING THE STEPS FOUND HERE.  YOU SHOULD ALSO BE PREPARED WITH YOUR PHOTO ID.  YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A CLEAR DESKTOP AND TO PAN THE ROOM FOR THE PROCTOR UPON REQUEST.

Q: WILL I BE PERMITTED TO USE SCRATCH PAPER AND A PENCIL FOR MY EXAM?

 

A:  CANDIDATES TESTING VIA WEBCAM PROCTOR WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO USE SCRATCH PAPER/PENCIL.  THIS PROTECTS THE INTEGRITY OF THE EXAM IN SETTINGS WITH LIMITED SECURITY, NOT UTILIZING A LIVE PROCTOR.  IN PLACE OF SCRATCH PAPER, YOU ARE PERMITTED TO USE A HIGHLIGHTER ON YOUR SCREEN FOR ASSISTANCE.

 Q: WHERE DO I SUBMIT AN APPEAL OR COMPLAINT?

 

A: EXAM APPEALS OR COMPLAINTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL TO SUPPORT@ACQUIROS.COM.  WE WILL RESPOND TO YOUR CONCERNS WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS.  PLEASE CATEGORIZE YOUR EMAIL IN THE SUBJECT LINE AS AN APPEAL OR COMPLAINT AND WE WILL RESPOND ACCORDINGLY.

 

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RESULTS?

 

A: EXAM RESULTS ARE SENT ELECTRONICALLY BY EMAIL, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE SUBMISSION OF AN ONLINE EXAM. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR RESULTS AND CERTIFICATES IMMEDIATELY AFTER SUBMISSION OF AN OLP EXAM.

A: YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR DIGITAL BADGE USING THE CREDENTIALS PROVIDED IN YOUR "WELCOME TO BADGECERT" EMAIL AT HTTP://BADGECERT.COM/LOGIN.  IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD OR DID NOT RECEIVE THE WELCOME EMAIL, CLICK THE FORGOT PASSWORD LINK TO HAVE A TEMPORARY PASSWORD SENT TO YOU.

Q: HOW DO I SHARE MY DIGITAL BADGE?

 

A: YOUR DIGITAL BADGE CAN BE SHARED VIA SOCIAL MEDIA, LINKEDIN OR YOUR EMAIL SIGNATURE.

  1. CLICK THE HYPER LINK IN THE EMAIL YOU RECEIVED FROM BADGE CERT- “CLICK ADD YOUR CREDENTIAL TO LINKEDIN PROFILE NOW!

  2. THIS SHOULD DIRECT YOU TO THE LINKED IN SITE, IF YOU ARE NOT LOGGED IN YOU WILL WANT TO DO SO NOW

  3. A POP UP BOX SHOULD APPEAR- CLICK HERE FOR REFERENCE

  4. ENTER IN YOUR CERTIFICATE NAME. THIS IS THE NAME OF THE EXAMINATION YOU PARTICIPATED IN (EXAMPLE: ICM FOUNDATION). IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF THE PROPER CERTIFICATE NAME, IT IS ALSO LOCATED ON THE ELECTRONIC CERTIFICATE YOU RECEIVED AS AN ATTACHMENT TO YOUR RESULTS LETTER.
  5. ENTER IN ACQUIROS UNDER “CERTIFICATION AUTHORITY”

  6. ENTER IN YOUR LICENSE NUMBER. THIS IS YOUR CERTIFICATE NUMBER WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON YOUR CERTIFICATE YOU RECEIVED AS AN ATTACHMENT TO YOUR RESULTS LETTER. FOR THE ICM FOUNDATION AND PRACTITIONER EXAMS YOU WILL NOT HAVE A LICENSE NUMBER, YOU CAN ENTER “N/A” IN THIS FIELD.

  7. ENTER IN THE DATE THAT YOUR CERTIFICATE WAS ISSUED IN THE “TIME PERIOD” SECTION. THIS CAN BE FOUND ON YOUR CERTIFICATE YOU RECEIVED AS AN ATTACHMENT TO YOUR RESULTS LETTER. IF YOUR CERTIFICATE DOES NOT STATE THAT IT IS SENT TO EXPIRE, YOU CAN TURN OFF THE EXPIRATION DATE BY SLIDING THE TAB TO THE LEFT OF THE FIELD TITLED “THIS CERTIFICATE DOES NOT EXPIRE”

  8. UNDER THE CERTIFICATION URL FIELD, YOU WILL NOT NEED TO ENTER ANYTHING AS THERE IS NO CERTIFICATION URL TIED TO YOUR CERTIFICATE.

  9. CLICK SAVE
